A midday farewell show
including quotes from the guests about their wonderful experiences. |

One of the guests threw a party for
everyone in the atrium lobby. |
As the trip winds down the sunsets
looked a little sad, but most people were ready to leave after such a
full and wonderful trip. |

The second flood
of 2003 |

It is hard to believe but finally
after two days of settling into our new cabin and arranging our cloths
so we could again find the things we needed, the occupants of the cabin
next to ours had an overflow in their bathroom which again flooded us.
Everyone on the ship kept asking "What are the odds of that happening?". |

Dominica in the morning
haze. |

The panorama as we approached
the dock. Holland America's Rotterdam is already alongside. It is a much
larger ship but nowhere near as nice as ours. |

Murray Wiedenbaum, the former chairman
of economic advisers under President Reagan, gives another wonderful talk
on politics. |
Anna, the violinist with Marco the
computer specialist on the ship. Marco is known as the most patient man
in Radisson's employ. |
We took a walk through Roseau but
it was a holiday and there wasn't much doing. |
Except for a few sidewalk
shops selling mostly T-shirts they were no stores open. The smart people
went snorkeling or rafting and we were told the water was magnificently
clear and warm. After the long trip we were a little beat and after a
short visit to the town we returned to our cabin to begin packing for
home. |
